Since these are so big some people split these into two baths.
Add tea bag to your bath prior to getting in (these are big tea bags and some people split these bags into two baths). Please allow to steep in hot water a good 20 min before getting in. Also you can poor hot water over tea bag in a big 1/2 gallon glass jar or other safe receptacle. Let steep at least 20 min, but preferably longer to get all the benefits of the herbs, then pour in tub.
Squeeze the tea bag often in bath. Feel free to use the tea bag as an eye mask or luffa while in the tub.
